Tulsa Spirit Tours

Frequently Asked Questions
Because we have had so many of the same questions about the tour, we have compiled the most FAQs here:
Do we get to go inside? Do we get out of the Trolley?
Yes, we do get off the trolley on a few stops. As for going inside, that depends on what these venues have planned the night of the tour. With
the venues we visit, it depends entirely on their event schedule. If they have a volunteer available and have nothing scheduled we might get to go inside, but this is not a guarantee. We will not know their availability until closer to the date of the tour.
We usually always get inside at least 2
locations but we would keep it a secret anyway! The tours can be full of surprises!
How do I know which is the new tour and which is the
old Tour?
On the Schedule Page, underneath the date, to the right of the calendar, you will find the
names of the tours. "Tulsa's Most Haunted" is our original tour and
"Tulsa's Haunted Memories" is the name of our New tour.
Can I bring my children?
We do have a rule that no one under the age of 16 are admitted without a parent or guardian. The reason being we will recount our "experiences" at these locations which can be disturbing for the younger audience. We suggest to use your best
judgment if you intend to bring someone under the age of 16.
Will it be scary?
We can't answer that. Many of our participants have reported an "experience" during the tours. While we can not guarantee that will happen, we do know that a few of our stories are sure to give you goose bumps!
What happens on the tour?
You will board the Old Tulsa Trolley for a three hour tour of Tulsa's Most Haunted
Memories, and the history
behind them. Many of the places only the PITT team has had the honor to
investigate. We have first hand accounts of our experiences while spending the night at these locations
and occasionally play you EVP's (Electronic Voice Phenomena) captured on the
investigation. The Tulsa history makes the tour quite informative...after
all, any haunting will have a good "story" behind it!
Where do you advertise the tours?
Just our website. We don't advertise because word of mouth has sold out the tours so there has been no need to advertise at present. We also have some friends in radio that allowed us to promote them on the air which was a huge help, as well.
Why don't you have more tours?
At this time, our schedule only permits us to do the few tours we are currently doing. Our investigations and clients are our top priority and the tours are something fun for the general public. We hope to have more in the future including a walking tour of downtown Tulsa...but this
is only in the "idea" stage at this time.
Where do we go on the tours?
We visit several of Tulsa's most famous landmarks. We usually have between
10 and 13 locations we stop or drive by. For more information on the tour itinerary,

How do I get tickets?
The best way to get your tickets is through Pay Pal. It's perfectly safe
and secure and accepts both credit cards and checks. Using Pay Pal
GUARANTEES a
spot for you on the tour since we get the request immediately. If you mail
in a check and the tour sells out before we receive it, we will have to call you
and offer alternate dates. However, if you would rather snail mail a
check, mail it to:
P.I.T.T.
P.O. Box 803
Broken Arrow, OK 74013
Please make the check payable to P.I.T.T. and be sure to include your address,
phone number and the tour date you wish to attend. We will mail you a
receipt along with more information about the tour. If for some
reason you do not receive correspondence from us within 2-3 weeks of mailing in a
check, please contact us through this website to ensure we received it and are
holding your spot.
Another note:
Seating on the Trolley is limited. Only a limited number of seats are
sold per tour. Pay Pal users will get their seats confirmed before
anyone mailing in a payment to the PO Box since (as mentioned) we get and
process the request immediately.
What should we do if we're not sure a tour will be
cancelled due to weather?
If you are unsure if a tour will be cancelled, you can check the website - we
will announce it on the schedule page if
it is cancelled. However, a PITT member will be at the meeting location to
make sure people are aware the tour has been cancelled and get rescheduled dates
from those who arrive. We've only had to do this once but we did meet at the location despite the tornados and
pounding rain!
If I purchase my ticket in advance and can't go or forget
about the tour, can I reschedule or get a refund?
Unfortunately, due to limited seating on the Trolley we can not offer refunds or
exchanges if you do not show up for a tour. We usually wait 5 minutes for
anyone who may be running a bit late, but the Trolley usually leaves promptly at
7:05pm and if you are not there, we have to start the tour for the rest of our
patrons. You're welcome to meet us at a location and board the
Trolley from there if you have a reservation.
You can always reschedule and take another tour, but you will have to pay for
tickets to that tour as well. We will not transfer seats to another tour
unless we cancel the tour, ourselves.
SPECIAL NOTE: We are no longer mailing
paper tickets to the tour. Instead you will receive additional information
and a receipt in the mail,
but we have discontinued mailing paper tickets for the tours.
